The mark consists of a shield with a top border which is curved in the middle with straight sides off the curved portion.� There are three stars in the top border.� The sides of the shield are shaded and are slightly curved until they bend sharply to form the pointed bottom tip of the badge.� The pointed bottom tip of the badge is not shaded but contains a female gender symbol.� The center of the badge contains the stylized letters "AB" with a small circle design at the top center of the lettering and short horizontal lines projecting from the sides of said circle.
