Mark Description:

The mark consists of a circular emblem made of concentric circles surrounding an image of the head of a bald eagle in front of a design with features similar to those found in an American flag including red and white stripes and white five pointed stars in front of a blue background. The concentric circles are formed from the inner most circle to the outermost circle by the following in the following order: a black rope outlined in white, a black circle featuring the wording described below, a red circle, a blue circle, a second black circle and a second black rope outlined in white located within the second black circle. In the inner black circle the words "IF YOU MUST LABEL ME" appear in yellow above the eagle and flag and "LABEL ME PROUD" appear in yellow below the eagle. The two statements are separated with white, five pointed stars - one on each side of the emblem. The eagle head has white and black feathers, a yellow and black beak and yellow, white and black eyes. The pupils of the eagle's eyes are black surrounding white to symbolize or represent light reflecting off of the eagle's eyes. The eagle head is facing the viewer's left. The words "HONOR GUARDS" and "NORTH CAROLINA" appear below the emblem in balck. There is a black banner outlined in blue and white above the emblem with red, white, and blue design features reminiscent of an American flag including red and white stripes and white five pointed stars at either end of the banner and the word "AMERICAN" in white lettering in the middle of the banner.
