Mark Description:
The mark consists of a combination of three design components. The left design component consists of a stylized design of a leaping caribou in dark brown against a background of a shield in teal/aqua, with the words "CARIBOU COFFEE" in dark brown stylized letters below the shield design. The center design component consists of the stylized word "COFFEE" in teal/aqua and outlined in dark brown stacked above a dark brown ampersand symbol with a dark brown dash and squiggle on either side of the ampersand, all of which are stacked above the stylized word "BAGELS" in gold and outlined in dark brown. The right design component consists of a stylized design of two concentric circles rimmed by dark brown. The outer concentric circle is gold and contains the words "EINSTEIN BROS" in dark brown at the top of the circle and the word "BAGELS" at the bottom of the circle. The inner concentric circle consists of two side-by-side images of men with the man on the left wearing a bowler hat and having a mustache and holding a bagel in front of his right eye and the man on the right wearing glasses and a tie and holding a bagel in front of his left eye with both bagels being gold in color and both men being dark brown in color. All white in the mark is background and not claimed as a feature of the mark.
