Mark Description:
The mark consists of two concentric circles, the outer circle has a link chain bordering the inner and outer rim of the outer circle with the words CHAINE DES ROTISSEURS appearing around the top part of the outer circle and numerals 1248 - 1950 around the bottom part of the circle. A small line on each side of the wording separates the wording from the numerals. Within the inner circle is a shield with three fleur-de-lis designs at the top of the shield and four fleur-de-lis designs on each side, each outside of the shield and within the inner circle. The shield includes a design of crossed diagonal lines representing roasting spits with four triangular shapes representing larding needles in the spaces formed by crossed lines. At the top of the design is a ribbon which abuts the circle.
