Mark Description:
The mark consists of a bottle design with three raised bands with rounded corners around the circumference at the top of the bottle and two raised bands with rounded corners around the circumference at the bottom of the bottle. The bottle design also consists of two sets of raised lettering for "De Mi Tierra" located at the top portion of the bottle above the three bands and on opposite sides of the bottle. The space between the upper and lower sets of bands is smooth. The space above the three top bands tapers inwardly to a wide smooth neck and the space below the lower two bands tapers to a concave support base with a plurality of raised portions in a circular pattern where the tapered vertical wall meets the base.
