The mark consists of Applicant is submitting one specimen for the class showing the mark as used in commerce on or in connection with any item in the class, consisting of: a figure in the general form of a shield, trimmed with an outside black border, with a white border inside it, and a colored border inside of the narrow white border. The color of the inside colored border may be one of the following colors: blue, orange, red, green, pink or purple. The top of the figure slopes slightly upward from the left to center in a rounded peak and then slightly downward to the right top corner; the border on each side goes downward and slightly outward, then inward and outward in a semicircle then curves down and inward meeting at the bottom in a rounded point; in the bottom fourth of the image is contained the words "med-Ecase" in black color.
