Mark Description:
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging for the goods comprising a brown box with a blue top. At the top of the box is the gold wording "ESTD 1801". A label appears in the center of the box front and consists of a beige and brown shield with a large brown outline with scalloped edges and a thin, single-line blue outline just inside the edge of the shield. There is a beige, gold, blue and brown background shield-type design within the larger shield. Across the front of the shield are two crossed brown spears that are outlined in beige. A smaller beige banner outlined in gold appears at the bottom of the shield and contains the wording "PRODUCE OF SCOTLAND CHIVAS BROTHERS LTD DISTILLERS KEITH SCOTLAND" in the color blue. The lower portion of the box features the dark brown wording "CHIVAS BROTHERS" underlined in dark brown, the gold script wording "COLIN SCOTT", and the brown wording "PURVEYORS OF FINE WHISKIES" with a dark brown overline.
