The mark consists of the words "Gerry Mountaineering"; the word "Gerry" has a stylized script font, and is contained in the bottom half a circle; the circle additionally displays a drawing of a mountain midway through the circle, the remainder of the circle contains thin diagonal lines which stop right before the mountain to form a line on top of the mountain; below the mountain circle is the word "MOUNTAINEERING" in all capital letters with a stylized font, the word "MOUNTAINEERING" is on top of an X created by the crisscrossing of a drawing of two hiking ice axes; the axes are diagonally positioned with the T of each axe beginning midway below the mountain circle on both sides of the word "Gerry" and extend below the word "Mountaineering"; the top of the axes branch out diagonally and down, away from the mountain circle, the lines of the axe branch come together to form a sharp tip; on each side, within the axe branches are three upside-down tear drop holes and the bottom line of the axe branches is jagged with seven (7) protruding rough points; the handle of the axes are straight thick lines that extend diagonally beneath the mountain circle, forming a V beneath the circle, and crisscross at the word "MOUNTAINEERING," the handle extends below the "Mountaineering" word until the point below the tip of the opposite axe branch; the bottom tip of each handle has a rounded edge with an additional protruding sharp triangular point extending from the tip which contains a small hole (or circle) within it.
