Mark Description:
The mark consists of a yellow circle outlined by a series of four circles, with the first and third being magenta and the second and fourth being yellow. The circles are surrounded by a series of magenta spirals, with yellow filling in the spaces between each spiral. The outermost spirals merge into four straight lines that form a magenta square which is surrounded by a yellow square outline.
