Mark Description:
The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom of the design has three rectangular label like devices which appear in dark green and each device contains the words "HOOKAH MATATA "in white. The center label design also contains, on the left and right side, the words "AL FAKHER" in gray above Arabic characters, and the wording "SPECIAL EDITION" below in black color and within a gray rectangle. A crown, circle, and banner design is above the term "AL FAKHER", and the circle contains Arabic characters, and the banner contains the wording "AL FAKHER", all in gray and dark green color. Above the dark green labels are numerous apple designs which are in light green color. Throughout the design are numerous bubble like figures which are shaded light green and dark yellow. Also appearing in the overall design are numerous guitars which are colored dark brown and light brown. Several palm trees appear in the design and the leaves are shaded light green and the trunks are dark brown. There are five dark yellow sun like designs which appear in the design which resemble pin wheels. Inside each of these sun designs is a circular element which is light yellow. Appearing throughout the design are numerous musical notation symbols in the form of eighth notes in the color white. Numerous clusters of circular bubbles also appear throughout the design in the color white. Toward the bottom of the design are two hookah designs which are shaded white. Connecting the hookahs is a light green vine like strand. Appearing on the vine like strand in two places are blue water wave designs.
