The mark consists of The circular border (circular ring and around the entire mark) is dark grey in the upper hemisphere of the mark and fades to light grey in the bottom hemisphere of the mark. In the top hemisphere of dark grey appear the words "BE THE DIFFERENCE" in the color gold. In the bottom hemisphere of light grey appear the words "FEEL THE BALANCE" in the color black. In the inner section of the mark (the section enclosed by the circular border described above) appear the letters "IQS" in the color gold. Subtle streaks appear to emit from the top of the letter "Q" and the bottom left of the letter "S" in the color white to give a shimmering appearance to the letters "IQS".
