Mark Description:
The mark consists of the phrase TUGS in stylized letters, outlined in black, shaded in in cerulean blue. The circular portion of the letter G in the phrase TUGS is replaced by an image of a white life preserver with four red stripes thought the preserver. It is also outlined in black. Following the word TUGS is an image of a tugboat. The tugboat is outlined in black, it is shaded in in white, and has two thick red lines, one on either side of the bottom portion of the boat and one on top of the tower. The tip of the chimney is shaded in in royal blue. The circular window in the bottom portion of the tugboat is also outlined in royal blue. Below the boat is an image of a wave with multiple crests, with royal blue on the lower section of the wave and dark blue on the top portion of the wave. There is steam coming out of the chimney of the tugboat, outlined in black, shaded in in peach on the lower portion of the steam cloud and white in the upper portion. In the center of the biggest cloud is the phrase LIL' in black, stylized, script like letters.
