Mark Description:
The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom of the design has three rectangular label like devices which appear in the color red and contain the words "LOVELY CHERRY", with the wording in gray in the right and left label, and with the wording in white in the center label. The center label design also contains, on the left and right side, the words "AL FAKHER" in gray above Arabic characters, and the wording "SPECIAL EDITION" below in black color and within a gray rectangle. A crown, circle, and banner design is above the term "AL FAKHER", and the circle contains Arabic characters, and the banner contains the wording "AL FAKHER", all in gray and red color. Above the red labels are numerous cherry designs in which the fruit portions are red and the stems and leaves are green. There are numerous apple designs shaded in the color yellow as well as other apples which are red with green leaves. Above the red label designs are numerous pairs of dominoes appearing in the colors black and white. There are also numerous dice like figures which appear in black and white. Also appearing in the design are nine martini glasses in white with a red liquid therein, and with a green garnish wedge. Emanating from each glass are numerous white circular bubbles. Located toward the bottom of the design are two white hookahs which have circular white bubbles emanating therefrom. A vine like strand device in the color brown extends off of the hookah devices.
