The mark consists of the stylized word "CERVEZA" in gold, curved at the top. Beneath is the stylized word "MODELO" in gold with a gold second outline. Beneath is the stylized wording "NEGRA" in gold. Above the wording, "CERVEZA MODELO NEGRA", is a gold rectangular shape with uneven edges. Within the rectangle is the image of a sliced piece of fruit with seeds in the upper left corner. The ends of the second, third, and fourth gold curved lines are dotted with gold circles. Below the curved design is the stylized wording "LA CHELA DE LAS MICHELADAS" in gold. The coloring of all elements of the mark fades to a lighter shade of gold in a vertical band on the left side of the mark, showing a shine.
