Mark Description:
The mark consists of two circles surrounding a pentagon design. Centered at the top between the two circles are the words "MILITARY HEALTH SYSTEM" and centered along the bottom of the circle are the words "STRONG TO SAVE". The words are all printed in bold capital letters and are shown in reverse type. Four five pointed stars are also shown between the circles, with a star appearing at the start and end of each phrase. Inside the pentagon is a six pointed star. A symbol depicting a contemporized Staff of Asclepius is overlaid in the center of the star. In the lower section of the pentagon is a contemporized version of the human pulse as shown on an electrocardiogram. The pulse line runs from the left to right side of the pentagon and covers portions of the six sided star and the Staff of Asclepius.
