Mark Description:
The mark consists of the stylized wording "MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE", "MHFM MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM EST. 2006" and "EST. 2006" appearing on an overall circular design resembling a seal. The two white concentric circles form the outside border of the design. Between the concentric circles are the words "MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE" in white text with a gold circle before the word "NASHVILLE" and another gold circle appearing after the word "TENNESSEE", all on a black background. The center of the circle features a black guitar headstock with a white border and further outlined with a gold border. The guitar headstock features six white strings extending from a white guitar nut, or white bar. Each white string attaches to a white screw with a black center. A total of six yellow turning pegs appears on the headstock, with three gold tuning pegs on each side. The pegs have a black outline, further outlined with a gold border. Centered at the top of the headstock is a triangular shaped design. A white outline creates the triangular-shaped border. Beginning on the upper left and rights sides of the mark, a black line forms a V-shape outside of the white triangular-shaped border. A second white outline forms around the V-shape created by the black line. The upper-most portion of the mark features a curved arch with a rounded arc design in the center. Immediately underneath the rounded arc is a black oval with a black and white border containing the white letters "MHFM". Two white lines appear on either side of the oval, extending to the left and right, respectively. The lower-most white line extends in a straight line from the oval to the triangular shaped border on the left and right, respectively. The upper-most white lines follow the curved arch at the top of the mark ultimately intersecting with the lower-most white line. Below the lower-most white line is the wording "MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM" in white text on a black background. Beginning just below the word "MUSEUM" is a portion of a classic vinyl record in shades of gold and dark gold and a black circle in the center hole. The vinyl record features the wording "EST. 2006" in black text centered above the center hole. The color black is used as background throughout the triangular shape. Immediately below the triangular shaped design are four white triangles, with the upper most triangles separated from the lower triangles by a diagonal white rectangle, overall resembling the letter H. Immediately above the guitar nut is a white bell shaped design containing the words "EST. 2006". The bell shape has a black background and features the outline of a circle at the top of the bell and another circle at the bottom. One hundred and thirty-six gold lines radiate from the guitar headstock to the inner-white border, with black background appearing between each line. The color black is used as background throughout the mark.
