The trademark consists of the appearance of the eraser which, being located on a six-faced shape, the principal face of which is rectangular (which six-faced shape and which rectangular shape are not claimed, apart from the mark as a whole) is comprised of three contrasting colors, the most prominent of which starts at the lower left hand margin and rises to an apex roughly in the center of the rectangle and then descends towards the lower right hand margin, the outline of which is comprised of angles and points so as to convey a jagged appearance. The second band of color sits "on top" of the first color and flows with a smooth curve having its apex cut off at the top border and looks very much like a statistical bell curve. The third color fills in the upper left and right hand segments of the rectangle with the preponderance of color being in the upper right hand section.
