Mark Description:
The design comprises a circle centrally positioned within a rectangle. The circle has a thin white circumferential border. Moving from a bottom to a top of the circle, the area of the circle is filled by a band of colors of the spectrum consisting of red, gradually changing to orange, and then to yellow as the band reaches the top of the circle. The interior area of the rectangle outside the white circumference of the circle also is filled with a band of colors of the spectrum. Moving from the bottom to the top of the rectangle coinciding with the bottom and top of the circle, the band of the rectangle consists of yellow gradually turning to green as it moves around the exteriors of each side of the circle at a midpoint and finally to a dark blue color as it reaches the top of the rectangle.
