The mark consist of the three-dimensional configuration of a snow guard in the shape of a vertically oriented circular form mounted perpendicularly to an elongated foot extending forward and backward from the circular form, where such circular form consists of an outer rim and a central V-shaped portion with arcuate openings on either side of the V-shape within the circular form and an upper arcuate opening atop the V-shape with opposing extending appendages emanating upwards from the V-shaped portion and toward the outer rim, and a pair of elongated legs emanating from opposite points on the circular form at the upper points of the V-shape extending downward and forward along and to the end of the forward extending foot. The mounting rod, which extends the length of the snow guard and behind, is depicted in broken lines to indicate that it is not part of the mark.
