Mark Description:
The mark consist of the three-dimensional configuration of a snow guard in the shape of a vertical circular form mounted perpendicularly to an elongated foot extending forward and backward from the circular form, where such circular form consists of an outer rim and a central V-shaped portion with actuate openings on either side of the V-shape within the circular form and an upper actuate opening atop the V-shape with centrally located opposing V- and inverted V-shaped appendages extending toward one another, but without touching, and a pair of elongated legs emanating from opposite points on the circular form at the upper points of the V-shape extending downward and forward along and to the end of the forward extending foot. The two small mounting holes in the rear portion of the snow guard are depicted in broken lines to indicate that they are not part of the mark.
