The mark consists of a weeping willow tree by a running stream. The tree and branches are gray and outlined in black. The leaves closest to the branches are dark green and then fade to light green. The ground is a green horizontal line above a brown horizontal line. Directly above the green ground is a white space where the leaves fade. The water is dark blue closest to the base of the tree and then fades to light blue. The spaces between the waves begin as gray beneath the tree, then fade to light blue, then to white.
