Mark Description:
The mark consists of a three-dimensional design comprised of a bell design and a five-sided open-air structure, the bell design being comprised of a large, non-functioning bell-shaped component (the large bell) and several functioning small bells positioned under the circular rim of the large bell, with the large bell having a configuration resembling a crown on the top, and the five-sided open-air structure being comprised of square portion and a two-sided steps-and-landing portion, with the steps-and-landing portion, which can be considered as the front of the structure, having a few steps leading up to a landing, on which two people may stand and which opens into the square portion, and with the square portion having a floor on the same level as the landing (the landing level) and comprised of a four-sided roof covering the bell design, with a pole resembling an arrow pointing towards the sky in the center of the roof, four poles on the corners of the square portion supporting the roof, a floor having a square opening, and railings on the right and left sides and back side of the structure. Between the ground and the landing level of the structure are the steps leading to the landing in the front of the structure, and four small walls supporting the structure. The dotted lines are used to indicate the wheels under the structure and the poles supporting the bell design, and are not part of the mark. In each of the three views in the drawing, a portion of the pole obstructing a full view of the bell design has been removed to allow the full bell design to be viewed in the mark, but, in actuality, all four poles are solid with no portions removed.
