Mark Description:
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a window operator handle and cover. The cover having a generally rectangular footprint with a flat top, rounded corners and edges on the front face, the bottom of the sidewalls angled upward from the bottom to meet the rear part of the sidewalls angled backward from the top face. The handle has a generally rectangular cross section with the longer face parallel with the front face of the cover proximate the right side of the cover and the handle twisting and curving inward to have a generally rectangular cross section with the longer face parallel with the top face of the cover proximate the left side of the cover. The handle having a hinge at its right end and a trapezoidal knob on its left end. The cover has an indent in the top and front faces to nest the handle so that the top face of the handle is parallel with the top face of the cover and the front face of the cover flares out from the bottom so the front face follows the same contour as the front curving face of the handle at the left side of the handle. The lines of window operator handle and cover are intended to indicate the three-dimensional shape of the goods and do not indicate color or texture.
