Mark Description:
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a record cleaning device. The trade dress consists of one base panel, two longer rectangular panels, and two shorter rectangular panels. The rectangular panels are configured with a slight curvature on the bottom so that the base of the device is wider than the top of the device. The two longer rectangular panels are oriented horizontally and the two shorter rectangular panels are oriented vertically so that when all panels are connected with the base panel they form a reservoir or basin with an open top. Circular rollers are configured on the top opening of the device, where records are inserted, which is configured with a sloped lip. No color is claimed as part of the mark. The broken lines depicting the rollers and the entrance where the record is inserted indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
