Mark Description:
The mark consists of a circle with an open center and the outline formed by two pieces. The top piece covers about one fourth of the perimeter and is shaped like an elongated tear drop, with the inner edge formed by a curved line, and colored green at the outer side fading to yellow towards the center. The bottom piece covers about three fourths of the perimeter and is formed by a crescent shape in blue along the outer side and fading to a light blue.
