Mark Description:
The mark consists of a thickly outlined circle with break therein at 90 degrees and 270 degrees. Each break further comprises a relatively thinner, short line extending outwards from the thickly outlined circle, with the thinner lines extending from a bottom portion of the right-most break and a top portion of the left-most break.
