The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress of the product packaging. The front, back and sides of the packaging have a plaid design on a black background. On the back of the packaging, there is a there is a roughly trapezoidal shape with a slightly rounded top, yellow border and black background. The top part of the packaging is black with a thin yellow border and placed in the center is a bagpiper in the colors yellow, brown, black and white. The broken lines depicting the outline of the carton indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
