Mark Description:
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a medical device, namely, an inhaler for dispensing medications with an overall rectangular shape featuring a white, chimney-shaped tube protruding out beyond the rectangular body. The tube tapers outward on both sides. Attached to the tube is an opaque lavender mouthpiece cap. The tube connects to a white piece that wraps around the top and sides of the inhaler.
