The mark consists of The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress of a dining cart. The dining cart itself is comprised of a rectangular wooden farm wagon on wheels. The exterior wall of the wagon is comprised of a split rail fence with horizontal wooden panels and a top rail. At the center of one of the sides of the wagon is the entrance gate. Stairs leading into the entrance gate are affixed to the base the wagon.
