The mark consists of the configuration of a three-dimensional handbag. The handbag features the distinct combination of: (1) a structured and flat back panel that is comprised of tan and brown woven leather pattern that mimics a basketweave with a brown leather vertical strip bearing the WTW styled logo, and a structured and flat front panel that is comprised of tan and brown woven leather pattern that mimics a basketweave; (2) a brown leather strip that goes around the perimeter of the handbag; (3) cream decorative hardware on either side where the gold fastener attaches the strap, not claiming function of the cream hardware; (4) dark brown inside bottom of the handbag bearing a cream leather "disk" shape bearing the WTW styled logo; (5) and the dark brown outside bottom of handbag bearing a smaller cream "plug."
