The mark consists of the trade dress that appears in the packaging of the product, which contains the following components: The bag, a stand-up pouch with a resealable top, overall is white, with grey at the top and bottom of the bag. Across the upper section of the bag is a line of dashes in black. Above the line of dashes and near the upper-left corner of the bag, there is an image of a pair of scissors cutting the line, wherein the cutting edges face right, and the lower blade is cut off at the edge and attached to the dash line. To the right of the scissor image and above the dash line is the wording RESEALABLE BAG. Below the grey top is a swooped line of blue of varying thickness that also appears above the grey on the lower section of the bag. Below BOOM BOOM and centered on the bag is the word SHRIMP in black lettering. Below SHRIMP and centered on the bag are the words WITH SWEET THAI CHILI SAUCE in black lettering. To the left of the word SHRIMP is a white square with rounded corners outlined in gold and having a stylized open lotus blossom in gold, outlined in white on the top center outside but attached to the square. Inside the square, in gold lettering are the words DINE WELL, which are underlined in gold. Below the gold underline are the words FEEL WELL, also in gold lettering. Below the words FEEL WELL are the words LIVE WELL, also in gold lettering. Below the lettering WITH SWEET THAI CHILI SAUCE is the image of a white bowl of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce in the background, and in front and to the side of the bowl is a white plate with cut spring onions, or scallions or green onions, underneath at least fifteen (15) pieces of the shrimp product.
