Mark Description:
The mark consists of a stylized thatched hut with a tan roof and with four medium brown pole supports. The stylized dark brown wording "PARADISE" runs vertically down the first pole and dark brown tiki carvings are on the second, third, and fourth poles. A stylized depiction of a tiki with light brown head and arms and dark brown legs is in the center of the hut. The tiki is wearing black sunglasses with white accents, a gold necklace with a chain and with a stylized gold charm that says "SHADY", and a dark yellow shirt with light red flowers, and is smiling, with a medium red mouth and white teeth with black detailing. The stylized wording "SHADES OF" is under the hut and man and partially overlaps the first and second poles, with the wording being medium yellow at the top, fading to light orange in the middle then to dark orange at the bottom, with a black outline. The stylized wording "PARADISE" is next to the wording "SHADES OF" and partially overlaps the tiki and the third and fourth poles. The wording is dark red with a gray and black outline, except for the second letter "A", which is created by a stylized flame that is medium yellow at the top, fading to medium orange in the middle and dark orange at the bottom, with a black outline. The other white in the drawing represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
