Mark Description:

The mark consists of a tall pentagon shape with concave top sides leading to a triangular top tip and rounded convex bottom side and straight left and right sides, all bordered with a black line. A smaller identical shaped pentagon is placed within the originally described shape and white space creates a border shape around the smaller space. "RELOADED" is written in black in the concave left top side white space of the border shape, and "SAUCE CO." is written in black in the white space opposite. "FREDERICKSBURG, VA" and "SHAKE WELL" are written in black in the convex bottom side white space of the border shape. Inside the inner shape is a red and yellow patterned background wherein the main color is red and there is a yellow curved traingle at the top of the shape and then a hollow yellow diamond with a red center in the middle of the shape, and lastly a concave yellow rectangle at the bottom of the shape. This background design further comprises curved bands in alternating red and yellow colors denoting stripes designating military rank. At the top yellow triangle is "SENIOR" in special block font and yellow color with a black border, below that is "GRILL" in a larger size of the same font with a yellow to orange gradient and a shadow border, below that is "INSTRUCTOR'S" in the same font style in a medium size in yellow color with a black border. Below those words is a large drill sergeant's peaked hat with wide brim wherein the hat is dark green with brown band, the wide brim extends into the white space of the border shape around the smaller pentagon shape.
