Mark Description:

To the bottom left of, and slightly superimposed on the outline of the state of South Carolina, is a depiction of the South Carolina state house in white with black and gray columns and windows and a brown dome at the top with a white flagpole and a dark blue flag. The state house sits on a green lawn. Centered underneath the outline of the state of South Carolina in the dark blue circle is the year "1799" in white.
