Mark Description:
The mark consists of gray skyscraper buildings silhouetted in the background with white windows. In front of the gray skyscraper buildings is a large black and white government building with six large white columns, black and white steps, white windows with black outlining, black roof with a black and white triangular-structure on the top of the roof, and on top of the triangular structure are eleven small white columns underneath a dome-shaped top.
