Mark Description:
The mark consists of three lines of text, the first line contains the, which is underlined, bolded font, written in very small cursive, and is written at an upward angle. The e placed slightly higher than the t. The second line has the word SHADE in a very large, bolded font, and in all uppercase letters. The word SHADE is shadowed in a light blue shade. On the third line of text there is a line under the SH and another line under the DE in the word SHADE that are also shadowed in a blue shade. In between the two lines and directly under the letter A in SHADE, is the word PROJECT, written in bolded uppercase letters and is shadowed by a blue shade. Directly behind the three lines of text, as the background, is a sphere with a total of 46, unevenly spaced lines coming from the sphere extending to create a diameter around the word SHADE representing the sun with long sunrays. The sun being centered behind the word the and the A in the word SHADE. The sun is bright yellow with its sunrays extending from one end of the word SHADE to the other end and all around the mark. The three words and two lines are written in light green and shadowed in light blue. In between each long sunray is a smaller, barely visible sunray.
