The mark consists of a configuration of the packaging for the goods. The outline of the bag in broken lines and the horizontal grey broken lines at the top and bottom of the bag are intended to show the placement of the mark on the container and are not part of the mark. The mark consists of a rectangular shape divided into an upper green area and a lower light grey area, with a dark green curved line dividing the two areas. The green area contains dark green silhouettes of leaves and areas of white. Under the chips and leaf is the light grey background area with portions of dark grey shading. The background color white outside of the bag is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
