Since June 2004 to the present, Mr. Care has traveled extensively across state lines in connection with his marine development. In July, 2006, in the State of Maine, vCanew (with a lower case v and an uppercase C) was embossed on signage and applied in that format to Mr. Carne's vehicle, which vehicle depicted in Exhibit A has been and is presently used in interstate marine development.
